Returns Policy

Items may be exchanged for store credit within 10 days of the date the items were received.

No Refunds

Items purchased with store credit cannot be exchanged.

The following items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. 
- Candles
- Fragrance
- Soaps
- Gift Cards
- Sale / Discounted Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Items used in photo shoots or for other promotional purposes cannot be exchanged.

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

In the rare event that an item is damaged or defective,
BURKELMAN will replace it immediately. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of purchase.

 

Gifts
Gifts can be exchanged within 10 days for store credit. A gift receipt or online order packing slip is required to process a gift exchange.

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit for items purchased, the shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.

If you are returning an item valued at over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

If a returned item is damaged in transit, it is not eligible for a return. A claim will need to be made with the shipper.
